DANISH MEATBALLS 
2 slices bread, cubed
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. brown sugar or honey
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Soak bread in milk; combine with meat, onion, salt and pepper. Shape lightly into small balls; arrange in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients with additional salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over each ball. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Baste once or twice and serve hot.
