TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 c. cubed turkey or chicken
3/4 c. water or broth
1/4 c. celery, diced
1 bunch green onions, diced
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pkg. Mrs. Cubbison's stuffing

Spray a 2-quart baking dish with Pam. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, seasoning, butter and vegetables. Stir liquid in lightly. Spoon into a 2 or 2 1/2 quart greased casserole dish and cover. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. For a crispier top, remove the cover the last 15 minutes of baking. Serve hot with a fresh vegetable. Serves 2-3 people.
