CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. lite sour cream

Mix together and thin lightly with milk. 12 oz. pkg. Stove Top stuffing (prepare as pkg. directions)

Place vegetables on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer meat on vegetables. Mix soup and sour cream mixture. Pour over meat. Put stuffing on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover last 15 minutes. Serves 8-10.
