CRISPY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. seasoned croutons
1 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
4 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
2-4 tsp. minced onion
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Mix croutons with butter. Put half of mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over stuffing mix. Put other half of stuffing mix on top. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
