1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies and set aside. (I use a Ziploc Baggie and a rolling pin to crush cookies.) Mix cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Set aside.

Blend pudding, milk and vanilla until thick. Mix cream cheese mixture, and vanilla mixture together. Spread half of the cookies on bottom of pan, put filling over cookies. Then put other half of cookies on top. Chill 12 hours.
