DOG BONE BISCUITS 
This is an adaptation of the recipe that came with my dog bone cookie cutter.

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup powdered milk
2 large cloves garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
6 tbsp. bacon grease or peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the ingredients. Roll out to 1-inch thick and cut out with "dog bone" cookie cutters. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.

Note: Allowing them to sit out overnight will make them harder, which is good for cleaning doggie teeth.
