DIETETIC BANANA ICE CREAM 
8-10 very ripe bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. cocoa (optional)

This ice cream is ideal for people who do not want to use sugar.

Peel and freeze bananas for 8 hours (or up to 2 weeks). In a heavy duty mixer, mix bananas and pineapple until smooth. (Bananas may need to be defrosted 5-10 minutes if they are too hard.) Cocoa may be added if desired. (Best when fresh.) Serves 8.
