1 c. chopped dates 1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce 1 tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix dates and applesauce; refrigerate for 8 hours. Mix sweetener, eggs, vanilla, butter, and dry ingredients in large bowl; add date mixture. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes. |
