SALMON PATTIES | |
1 can pink or red salmon 1 egg 1 c. (12 crackers) crumbled saltines 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. butter or oil Drain salmon. Beat egg and add to salmon along with all ingredients except butter. Mix well. Shape into 4 large or 8 small patties. Saute in butter in medium pan 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Serve with chili sauce. |
