WHOLE WHEAT RHUBARB DREAM BARS | |
2 c. whole wheat flour 10 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 c. butter 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 3/4 tsp. salt 4 c. diced rhubarb Combine flour, powdered sugar and butter; mix and pat in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until edges brown. Beat eggs; add sugar and beat again, add salt and flour mixing well. Fold in rhubarb. Pour over baked layer and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares. |
