GOURMET SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Heat and blend together. While hot, add one envelope of Knox gelatin. Cool and add:

1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 generous c. crab or shrimp
1/2 - 1 tsp. curry
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced green pepper

Put in oiled ring mold and chill.
