CRAB OR SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 tbsp. water
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 cans crab, or shrimp (I use one of each)

Heat soup, water and gelatin over low heat until smooth. Stir in cream cheese until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into molds and chill several hours until set.

Cover with foil while chilling. Turn out onto serving plate and serve with Triscuits.
