GREEN PEPPER MEDLEY 
1 to 2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 to 4 green peppers, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 med. onions, sliced
1 to 2 cans mushrooms, sliced
1 to 2 carrots, sliced
Salt & pepper

Heat oil and garlic powder on medium heat. Add green peppers, onions, and carrots. Saute until tender, stirring often. Do not cover. Add mushrooms last 15 minutes and stir; blend flavors. A good side dish for any meat.
