10 inch springform pan or 9 x 13 inch pan.

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. melted butter

Mix and press into bottom of pan.

FIRST FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour into crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 1/2 hour.

SECOND FILLING:

1 pt. sour cream or smetna
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour over first filling. Return to 475 degrees oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly and refrigerate. Top with blueberries or strawberries.
