BERYL'S BABY BACK RIBS 
4 lb. baby back pork ribs

Sauce:

1 c. catsup
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Combine sauce ingredients over high heat until boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 30 to 40 minutes until thick. Coat ribs, front and back, with sauce. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil.

Bake for 2 1/2 hours. Remove ribs from foil and smother with more sauce.
