BABY BACK RIBS WITH MUSTARD SAUCE | |
10 lbs. baby back pork ribs, separated Salt to taste Ground cayenne pepper to taste Mustard sauce (see below) Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ribs, then place them in a large baking pan, and bake in the oven until tender, about 1 hour. Drizzle with the mustard sauce. Yield: 10-20. MUSTARD SAUCE: 1 c. Creole or other mustard 1/2 c. honey 1 c. dry white wine In a small saucepan, mix all the ingredients together. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil, then remove from the heat and serve over meat. Yield: 2 1/2 cups. |
