EASY PEACH COBBLER 
BATTER:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/ tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk

Mix batter together. In a deep pyrex bowl, melt 3/4 stick butter. Pour batter in middle of melted butter. Do not stir. Peel 2 cups of ripe peaches, slice and sweeten to taste. Pour peaches in middle of batter. Do not stir. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot or cold with cream.
