RIO GRANDE BBQ 
3 lb. lean beef cubes or any meat you desire
1 can whole tomatoes
1/4 c. yellow mustard
1/4 c. dark molasses
1 jar Hickory smoked BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Brown meat; drain fat. Put in crock pot and add sauce. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
