RHUBARB PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 lg. c. finely chopped rhubarb

Separate two eggs and save the whites for meringue. Beat the 2 egg yolks and 1 whole egg until foamy and add sugar and blend well. Add rhubarb and mix. Let stand while making crust. After crust is made add rhubarb mixture and bake in moderate oven. Add meringue.
