LOW CHOLESTEROL MEAT LOAF 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. cumin
3/4 c. oat bran or oats
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 egg whites
1/3 c. nonfat milk
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
Salt, if desired

Beat egg whites; add all other ingredients and form into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 6.
