LOW CHOLESTEROL CHILI 
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes & onions
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 pkg. Williams chili mix
1/2 c. Del-Monte catsup
1 (8 oz.) c. water

Pour oil in frying pan, empty ground meat into oil. Cook until well done about 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, chopped onions, chili mix and catsup. Boil for 5 minutes. Add water simmer for 10 minutes. Don't use onion salt, it will be too salty with crackers, you may use onion powder. Makes about 4 servings.
