ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. grated zucchini 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix ingredients and bake at 325-350 degrees for about an hour. Check with knife. Makes 2 loaves. |
