WALNUT SALAD DRESSING 
2 green onions, with tops, finely chopped
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 to 3 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. dried tarragon leaves
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
3 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped to size of small peas

In large bowl combine all ingredients except walnuts. Add nuts and stir with wooden spoon until well combined. Place in covered container and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
