EASY SALISBURY STEAKS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix ground beef, corn flake crumbs, pepper and salt. Add beaten egg. Roll mixture into 6 oblong patties. Brown both sides. Remove from pan. Brown onion slices. Drain off fat. Pour soup and milk into skillet with onions and meat. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
