SUGAR PLUM FILLING 
2 egg yolks
2/3 c. dairy sour cream
2/3 c. Imperial Granulated Sugar
1 c. finely chopped pecans
2/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. finely chopped raisins or whole currants, plumped and drained
thoroughly
1/2 c. finely chopped candied cherries or thoroughly drained maraschino cherries

Blend egg yolks and sour cream; stir in Imperial Granulated Sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture thickens. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Cool before adding to cake layers.
