SUGAR PLUM MINTS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. whipping cream, heated
5 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar (approx.)
Flavoring as desired

Cream butter. Add sugar gradually and blend thoroughly together. Add heated cream and flavoring. Press small amounts into molds. Remove at once to wax paper.
