LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 minced garlic clove
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. basil
1 tsp. rosemary (or less)
1 tbsp. oregano (or less)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. tomatoes, canned
1 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 med. onions

Cook 8 to 10 lasagna noodles. Brown and drain hamburger. Add and simmer with the rest of ingredients.

24 oz. cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Slice 1 pound Mozzarella cheese thin. Layer noodles, half cheese, meat sauce, repeat and end with cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
