TISH'S HOT SAUCE 
#10 can ketchup
#10 can water
3 tbsp. + 1 tsp. beef broth
2 tbsp. + 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. + 3 tbsp. chile powder
3 tbsp. + 2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. + 1 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
7 tbsp. + 1 tsp. Tabasco
2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. + 1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
5 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced Jalapeno peppers

Bring everything to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
