HOT PICANTE SAUCE 
5 med. red tomatoes, peeled
2 med. green tomatoes, peeled
2 med. onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, remove when finished cooking
3 cloves garlic
Dash of red pepper
2 tsp. vinegar
Dash chili pepper, salt and pepper to taste
Dash of catsup

Cook 20 minutes. Put in jars and hot bath 15 minutes. Makes 3 pints.
