RED HOT PICANTE SAUCE 
1/3 c. jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1/2 c. cayenne peppers, finely chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
2 qt. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Place all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Turn down to medium heat and cook until thick, about 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Makes about 3 pints.
