RED TOMATO HOT SAUCE 
2 qts. ripe tomatoes, scalded and peeled, quartered
2 lg. bell peppers, chopped
4 lg. jalapeno peppers, sliced or chopped
3 med. onions, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1/3 to 1/2 c. brown sugar (depending on how sweet you want)
1 tbsp. salt
2 cloves garlic chopped fine

Combine all ingredients in a large cooker. Cook about 1 1/2 hours or until thick. Seal in sterilized jars.
