RED HOT PEPPER CHICKEN 
1 1/2-2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. crushed red peppers
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk

Mix red peppers, garlic and onion salt with flour. Cut chicken into halves, strips or nuggets. Dip chicken in milk and batter in flour mixture. Fry in melted butter over medium to medium high heat until done. Add more butter if needed. Serves approximately 4-6.
