RED PEPPER CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 bell pepper
1 stalk celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp. red pepper

Combine all ingredients in a pan and cover with boil. Don't dilute the soups! Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour - 45 minutes if you use boneless chicken. Serve with yellow rice. Delicious!
