EGG ROLL 
1/2 can corn
1/3 c. scallops, diced
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can bean sprouts
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Egg roll wraps

Drain all ingredients. Chop scallops and mushrooms. Mix together then wrap in roll. Deep fry in vegetable oil, for 2-3 minutes. Serve with Sweet & Sour Sauce (Duck Sauce).
