BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can mushrooms
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 tsp. parsley
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
2 c. herb stuffing

Mix all together and put in baking casserole. Top with melted butter, mixed with herb stuffing mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
