SALTED IN THE SHELL SHRIMP 
1 lb. lg. shrimp in shell
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
Coarse salt
4 tbsp. butter
1 lemon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss shrimp with oil and sprinkle with pepper. Spread 1/4" salt in large baking dish. Put shrimp on salt and turn once or twice so they are lightly coated. Bake shrimp until they're cooked through, about 15 minutes. Melt butter and squeeze 1 tablespoon juice from lemon, stir into butter. Serve warm shrimp with butter as dipping sauce.
