MORNING WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine with first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Make well in center. Add all remaining ingredients in order listed into well in dry ingredients.

Mix and stir just to moisten. Coat 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Spoon batter in pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tests done.
