RUBY-JEWELED PEARS 
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 pears, pared and cored
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cranberry sauce, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. Stand pears upright in ungreased baking pan, 8x8x2 inches. Pour sauce on pears. Bake 30 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally. Yield: 4 servings.
