SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
1 lb. sausage
8 green peppers
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook sausage partially, set aside. Saute onion and peppers separately. Cut sausages into pieces (1 inch pieces). Add to pepper and onion, simmer until done. Garnish with shredded Mozzarella. Melt and serve on a sausage roll, or plain.
