FRENCH CHERRY DESSERT 
1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 c. butter

FOR TOPPING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
2 c. red cherries, well drained and chopped

Combine all crust ingredients together and press in bottom of 18 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 25 minutes). Mix eggs (beaten), sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Fold in nuts, coconut, and cherries. Spread over the crust and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 16 to 18.
