GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 package frozen green beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten
10 oz. grated low fat American cheese
Paprika

Thaw and drain spinach and green beans. Combine with onion, water, salt, garlic powder, basil, nutmeg, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Gradually stir vegetable mixture into beaten eggs. Stir mixture well. Turn into 8 inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes.
