SHRIMP - STUFFED CELERY 
1 c. (4 1/2 oz. can) drained tiny or broken shrimp
1/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c. well drained crushed pineapple
1 to 2 tsp. finely chopped green onions or chives
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
6 to 7 stalks celery, cut into 3 inch pieces

Makes 24 to 28 celery pieces.

In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except celery; mix well. Spoon mixture into each celery piece using about 2 teaspoons for each. Garnish with paprika or additional sliced onion or chopped chives, if desired.

To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
