STUFFED CELERY STICKS 
7 medium stalks celery
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
1/2 c. finely chopped cooked ham
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Cut celery in 3 inch pieces (make sure celery is completely dry). Mix remaining ingredients; spread about 1 tablespoon in each piece of celery. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Yields about 14 appetizers.
