LUCINDA'S EASY TATERS AND KRAUT 
This makes an awesome side dish!! Goes great with any meat entrée.

5 small red potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 to 2-inch pieces.
1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of onion soup
1 can 1 or 2% milk (use empty soup can)
2 tbsp. butter
pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Dab butter in small amounts all over the top. Season with pepper.

Cover and bake in 350°F oven until potatoes are soft (about an hour).
