TUNA CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 - 1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
Dash salt
2 finely sliced green onions

Soften cream cheese to room temperature (about 1 hour). Drain tuna, mash with fork.

Combine cheese, tuna and mayonnaise. Add lemon juice, curry and salt. Mix to blend well. Add onions and stir to blend.

Serve with crackers, radishes, carrot or celery sticks or use on sandwiches.
