NUTTY TUNA-CHEESE SANDWICHES 
1 (6 1/2-7 oz.) can tuna
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
1/2 c. California walnuts, coarsely chopped
10 slices whole-wheat bread

About 30 minutes before serving:

Drain tuna. In large bowl with fork, flake tuna. Stir in mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Then gently stir in shredded lettuce, cheese and chopped walnuts.

Spoon tuna mixture on five bread slices; top with remaining bread slices. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half. Makes 5 sandwiches. 430 calories per sandwich.
