SIRLOIN BEEF TIPS 
2 lbs. sirloin tip beef
1/4 c. butter
1 med. clove garlic, minced
2 cans mushroom soup
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/4 c. water

Trim excess fat from beef and cut into 1 inch cubes. In skillet, brown beef in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, over low heat about 2 hours or until tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked noodles.
