DELICIOUS SALAD | |
1 can light, grated tuna 1 sm. apple, grated Juice of 1/2 lemon Pickles Leftover meats (such as ham, pork, beef or chicken - fried, boiled or baked) Mash or squeeze all oil out of tuna and put in mixing bowl. Grate apple on smallest part of grater and add to tuna. Add lemon juice. Grind leftover meat in grinder and add to mixture. Add pickles (run through grinder also). Add enough salad dressing to make of desired consistency. Chill thoroughly before serving. This can be used as sandwich filling, stuffing tomatoes or just place on lettuce leaf and top with salad dressing, paprika and a green stuffed olive. |
