ARROZ GUISADO CON POLLO AL HORNO | |
Step 1: 3 legs and 3 thighs salt, pepper, adobo and oregano 1/2 lemon wedge Season chicken with spices and place in an oven dish and place in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 1 hour. Step 2: 3 cups of rice 1/2 cup of homemade sofrito 1 cup of diced ham 1 can of Veg-all (can of assorted veggies) salt, pepper, adobo y sazon, to taste 5 cups of broth 9 olives, halved 1/2 can tomato sauce In a pot, add a little olive oil and sauté the Sofrito, ham, olives, can of veggies and tomato sauce for about a minute. Add seasonings and mix well. Add rice and mix well. Add broth and bring to a simmer. Lower heat and cook for about 40 minutes.
