1 lb. dried lima beans
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced thin
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. crushed hot peppers
6 c. water

Place all ingredients in crock pot. Mix well. Cover and cook on high 8 to 10 hours. The smoked sausages are like long, fat wieners. (Do not add any salt or seasoning grease.)
